How does it work?

First, you need to know your Myers-Briggs® personality type. If you don't know your type, take the leadership test package here. You must send an e-mail to with your four letter Myers-Briggs type to have your report prepared. If you take the Myers-Briggs test at this site, your type will automatically be recorded. Second, take the FIRO-B test below. Your results from both are then combined into your personal report.

How to get your Leadership Report:

You can purchase as many access codes as you need for yourself or for others. You can take the tests immediately, or at a later date. You can start and finish whenever you like. You will receive an e-mail with your access codes, so you can take the tests at any time. Use our secure server to pay with your credit card. After you finish, you will receive your personal report via e-mail. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your report (Download it for free at Adobe.com). Turnaround time is usually within a few hours, depending on your time zone and the time of day. On rare occasions, it can take up to 12 hours for your report to arrive. Your assessment includes a phone consultation. Remember to send your four letter Myers-Briggs type to so your combined report can be prepared.

The FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior) instrument is widely used to uncover how your personal needs affect your behavior towards others, and what you want from them in return. This 17-page Leadership report includes an Action Plan. The test has 54 items, takes about 15 minutes, requires a 7th grade reading level, and is suitable for those 18 yrs. old and above.

 

You have to know your four-letter personality type (e.g. ISTJ) before you take this test. You have to send us your personality type by e-mail before we can prepare your report.
