As you can see from the above list, there are a number of different reports available. The most common choice is the Myers-Briggs Interpretive report, which is #1 on this page. The Spanish Myers-Briggs Step II is available on this page. The different test packages were created to meet specific needs, such as career planning, choosing college majors, executive coaching & development, and leadership. These test combinations have proved popular over the years. You will likely find just the right package that meets your needs.
You can order access codes for these personality and career tests on the bottom on the individual pages, then take the tests immediately online, or at a later date. You can start or stop taking your tests at any time, and return later to complete them. You will receive an automatic e-mail with your access codes, so you can provide these codes to others, if you are ordering for a group. Your access codes do not expire, so you can use them as you need them. (Note: the 16PF test uses a different system without access codes.)
There are group discounts, starting at 10 reports, for all the reports except the Team reports. There are greater discounts at 25 reports. Group members can log in from any computer connected to the Internet, use any browser, and take the test whenever they want. Many notable companies have used this system successfully. Your report includes a feedback session. After you finish your test, you can schedule your mandatory feedback session online. You can book a session for yourself or one for your entire group. You will receive your report by e-mail during your feedback session. In the session you receive an in-depth explanation of what the report shows and how it relates to you. Since the reports are in PDF format, you will need Adobe Reader to view your report. You can download the software for free from Adobe.com.
